About Loyaltea

Loyaltea is an independent guide to tea subscriptions and to tea itself. We don’t sell tea: every shop link goes straight to the seller.

Who we are

Loyaltea is made by Upper Eight AB, a small Swedish company in Malmö that builds websites and digital tools. Loyaltea exists because finding a good tea subscription is harder than it should be: many shops offer one, but most only deliver within their own country, and the details are scattered across dozens of sites.

How we choose the subscriptions we list

We list a tea subscription when it meets all of these:

  • It is selling now. Boxes that are sold out, paused or closed are left out until they reopen.
  • It has a clear sign-up page on the seller’s own site, and that is where we link.
  • It sends tea or herbal infusions on a regular schedule, whether a curated box, a prepaid plan or automatic reorders.

For each one we record what arrives, the price, how often it comes, where it delivers and whether it ends by itself or runs until you cancel. We check this on the seller’s own site, and we check every link. Prices and terms change, so always confirm the details with the seller before you pay.

We don’t rank the subscriptions or give scores. The list is grouped by where the seller is based and can be filtered by where you live, because that is what decides which ones you can actually order.

Advertising and independence

Right now no seller pays to be listed, and none of our links earn us a commission. Every subscription is included on the same terms.

If we ever show paid placements or use affiliate links, they will be clearly marked as Sponsored next to the listing, and paid listings will never be hidden among the others without that label.

The tea guide

Our tea guide is written to be accurate and practical. We keep to well-established facts about how tea is grown, made and brewed, and we stay away from health claims: tea is widely studied, but much of that research is uncertain, and we’d rather you drank tea because you enjoy it.

Corrections and suggestions

Has a subscription closed, moved or changed its price? Do you run one we should list, or spot a mistake in the guide? Tell us through the contact form and we’ll look at it.
